Through our Supports Coordination NDIS Supports, we work creatively with our participants to utilise their support budgets to achieve their goals. We will assist in implementing all supports in your NDIS plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. We enable participants to have greater choice and control over their supports and provide greater opportunities for the participant to connect with their community. The focus of this program / support is on strengthening our participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist in community participation.

Change is inevitable and we totally understand that it could be tedious and a challenging process, our experienced and friendly staff are available to assist through life transitions and make it as smooth experience for our Participants.
